3 - Step Wood Lightweight Folding Step Stool

I was looking for a nice furniture quality step stool that I could leave out in my kitchen to get to the high cabinets. I expected a quality step stool for the amount of money it cost. However, I received a step stool that looks as though it was not completely finished before it was sent out. The wood is rough and needs sanding. It does not appear to be painted, maybe just primed. It is not white, it is a yellowish off white. It was filthy out of the box with some sort of black dust on it. The quality is very poor. Don't waste your money.

Arrived with a scratch on top, and seems a bit wobbly. May return, as I think it is overpriced for what you get. Also steps are slippery so would need to add grip strips to them.

Overall it’s just okay and looks to be able to serve the purpose. Was Xmas gift so haven’t got a lot of use yet will see in time. Quality looks to be at best average for the price. Looks like it could have used another coat of paint as it appears fairly thin. Wood quality is again just okay and could have used a bit more sanding and small piece of wood broken off at bottom of seat.

The fabrication quality of this wooden step stool (made in China) was uneven at best with a notch (or knot) of wood missing in one of the four legs and with the dark stain finish bubbled around the edges of the steps. Structurally fairly solid. I added a side post extending from floor upward to 3ft above top step for safety.

Terrible quality. I bought one of the more expensive ladders, looking for high quality. Instead, I got a unit with a poor finish, a broken leg, unfinished bottoms that scratch hardwood floors. Very disappointed with this product. I recommend you stay far away from it.

Bought this for my bestie as a housewarming gift for her brand new house. She wanted something a little fancier than the typical step stool. This is nice enough to “display” and solid and sturdy enough to use and pass down to her children. It’s become an heirloom already. Her grandkids will schlep it to the Antiques Roadshow in 50 years for sure. And it might not fetch the big bucks but it will be priceless to them. It WILL NOT be for sale.

This is a gift for a new kitchen remodel. Fits perfectly into the kitchen & so attractive they can keep it in plain sight to use to reach into the beautiful new cabinets.

Love that it looks like it belongs in my kitchen. Very easy to use

Would have like them to be more substantial, but they will serve their purpose

A nice looking piece. However, it is a little awkward and heavy to move around. Also need to be careful where you but your feet on the second step or you could slip and fall.
