These steps are great. They make getting in and out of my above ground pool much easier. The ladder that came with the pool was more difficult.

Never used. Too tall for our pool. Love the depth of the steps. Easy to put together. Seems very sturdy. Hand rails seem a little more flimsy. Steps are 44” to top step. They are fairly lightweight without sand, but once sand has been added they should be okay.

This ladder is very sturdy, and although the directions were a bit hard to understand it wasn't hard to figure out the puzzle. Most of it is just sliding into place, although I had to drill pilot holes where the screw go (only 8 screws), and the bottom base blocks are supposed to click into pegs, but they didn't fit, even when trying to hammer them down. The handles can adjust to the height of the pool. You will need something for the other side of the pool if you have an above ground pool like we do. This ladder is great as a stand alone if you have a deck or a below ground pool.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We wanted a low profile set of stairs to insert in our pool at the end opposite the installed stairs. We have a stealth pool that is all one depth and we play a lot of volleyball so we didn’t want a bulky set that would take up valuable playing area. These arrived quickly, packaged nicely, and extremely easy to assemble. Getting sand into the sides was kind of a pain in the butt at first but it’s imperative to let the sand dry out good first easy pouring. We poured two bags of play sand into the empty box the stairs came in and let it dry out in the sun. Worked perfectly. Very happy!
