Awesome multi purpose ladder.

This ladder has a substantial weight to it, which I like because it will be more stable than a lightweight ladder, yet it is not too heavy for me to handle and I weigh less than 100 pounds. It was also very easy to attach the stabilizer braces at the bottom, which makes the ladder even more safe. (I used my own mallet to do this, but the ladder actually comes with a little mallet for that purpose.) It seems very well made.

There are burn marks all over this latter and it is all scraped up! For 200 dollars you would think you would get a nice ladder!

Very versatile and sturdy ladder. Love that it comes with optional tray and the stability bars at the bottom. It was light and easy to use. It was perfect to use to clean the gutters on my one-story home.
