This 5 step ladder is nice enough. I like it more than bringing in my metal 6 footer from the shed to do tasks like cleaning ceiling fans. I do feel the steps aren’t quite as sturdy as I’d like them to be, as they don’t all fully lock into place and have a little too much overhang on the side you don’t step on, making them feel a bit wobbly.

Real life pictures as you can tell from our lived in messy home of busy spring schedules! But I love the stability of this ladder. I bought it to help at events as a day of event planner that I do as a fun side job. Love the pink so it stands out as one of my tools as well. You feel secure when standing on it and gives great height! As the picture shows my husband and I will even be able to utilize it in our home in areas of the vaulted ceilings. The one thing I do wish this would do is that the handles would fold down as they do stand out quite a bit making storage a little trickier as well. But overall I think this will work wonderfully for what we need it for!

It’s a great ladder. The pink is fun and bright so you certainly can’t miss it. It is sturdy and light and easy to use. My 12 year old put it together and handles it without issue so it’s very user friendly. Highly recommend!

Super great ladder! Great quality, I love the side handles. Easy to ensemble, most of it is all together. Heavy duty. I love the paint tray at the top. Very stable ladder, I love it and highly recommend it!!

This was a fast delivery. There is no damage to the box or merchandise. Assembly was very easy. Although my 16 year old felt the need to assist me. He also insisted I show that he created a new way of transporting the ladder. Lol, he is a joker. I love how steardy it is. Inhad him test it on cleaning my ceiling fan. Easy fold and store.. Highly recommend.

Great home ladder. This wasnt difficult to put together. Love color choices. Was stumped for a moment on how to close the legs up, but lift the top step and tadda it closes. Circle in red step. The handles do not fold over so storage space is larger than a ladder without this type of handles. For my personal ladder it is great. And looks great in my lady garage. Not terribly heavy.

This is a great ladder for indoor use. We have 10’ and 12’ ceilings so I needed something taller to reach the ceiling fans. Wasn’t too hard to put together. The work tray wouldn’t go on at first and then I realized that the top metal piece of the ladder was bent in. We were able to fix it with some pliers and get the rest of it put together.

My folding 5- step ladder with handrails and tool tray came quickly. Extremely well made excellent quality, website said it comes assembled, it doesn’t! Didn’t take long to assemble 10 minutes just had to put on handrails and shelf. I am very happy with the quality very sturdy. Perfect for people who are elderly but still able to climb, feels very safe. Would recommend and buy again.

This is just ok. I will use it. I have a another, shorter one- heavy duty brand that makes me feel a lot safer.

OK, I learned that I should wait after use before submitting any review, but this time I am making an exception. The initial quality of this ladder is too good to give my approval. It is very sturdy and looks good. The sturdiness adds to its weight, but one can still manage to carry and maneuver. The tray is handy. Assembly is in a few simple steps, but it's not so easy. The issue is aligning the screws with the holes in the connecting tubes. It takes some wiggling and fiddling to get things aligned properly. One other minor issue with this purchase was that the tray was reversed in its fold-up position. The solution: just swung it around completely before assembly.
