We bought this for indoor loft and it's ideal. We removed a couple of the steps to make the climbing grade just right and grip tape on steps to assist with metal being a bit slippery. Highly recommend as space saver!

Nice addition for my storage loft. The handles and assembly hardware did not come with the original shipment. Wayfair was able to get the manufacturer to ship missing parts but it took an addition month. After assembly the stairs worked as advertised.

Ladder didn’t ship with instructions or hardware but customer service was great and sent out both without any hassle.

Took off a star because there are no instructions. Not in the box, not online, nowhere to be found. I would have just taken off 1/2 a star for that, but that's not an option. Just know you'll have to have some kind of knowledge and the pictures online to figure it out yourself! Otherwise, it's sturdy and a great ladder for what we wanted it for: accessing our storage space, under the garage.

Just got it today. It looks correct but haven’t installed it yet and can’t comment on durability. I will update after a few months

The box was missing the instructions but the setup was easy enough to setup on my own.

The ladder arms do not extend above the ladder as shown in all the photos. The arms that come with it are small side ones that do not extend above, this is absolutely no good for a loft application. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. Wayfair did make it right by offering a discount to keep the item or have the proper parts sent out. There were no installations instructions and bolts were loose in the box.
