This ladder is not worth the money. I paid over $400 for this product. Opened the box and the end pieces were split. Wood steps are not a solid piece of wood, they are two pieces pressed together. Customer service expected me to box up the 7 foot ladder and drag it to the post office before they would send me a new ladder. I got a 20% discount and now I get to fix the ladder myself since I am not willing to drag a 8 foot box back to the post office. Every piece of furniture that I have purchased has been damaged. I've learned my lesson...never expect you furniture to be delivered intact and don't expect more than a 20% discount. Ordering from Wayfair is always risky.
