Steel Folding Ladder Accessory / Part ( No Lader )

This is actually super cool! The people who left bad reviews didn’t read the description of what they were getting. When I was unboxing the pieces my guy said “This thing is legit! That’s 14” steel!” It is very sturdy and perfectly fit my 16 foot shelf! You build you own ladder (see mine made from 2x4’s in my pics) so you can make it any height you like. It snapped together incredibly easy, rolls very smoothly and even has locking wheels to keep it in place while you climb! I’m a very happy customer!

I am a bit confused by this tried and true item listed as a choice. I thought I was getting the rails and ladder. I received one box, opened it and saw it was only the rails. In my app it said the order was delayed so I assumed it was the ladder. I reached out to customer support to let them know it still had not arrived. Their response was it was only the raills, ladder not included. I cannot do a review on a product not received and just the rails without the ladder is not possible. Someone dropped the ball when adding this item to be reviewed. They will not send the ladder.

Oh my word! Comed complete with boxes upon boxes! Hubby needs to build the ladder so this review is only a visual inspection which seems to be pretty okay, I am a little excited! If there are other issues after putting it all together, I will update my review!
