Sturdy so a bit heavy to move but compacts nicely. I do wish the clips were more high quality and the tray could be left on when shortened.

The package arrived with the box being damaged. The nuts and bolt was loose in the box due to the torn plastic wrap. The ladder still functions but has scuffs here and there and a small rubber peace for the bottom stoppper chipped off. It still functions, so I decided to keep it as it is a hassle to return it for these things. You need to improve on handling and packaging for the product. Other thing, the instruction manual is really poorly written, especially when instructing to install the side rails to the main body and the bottom stopper horizonal leg. I have enough experience with tools to understand it but might not be the case for others. That's about it.
