Port spray just not what I thought it would be

This is a fabulous product. I've used them for many years gone two sinks, the kitchen and the utility/ laundry room and my whole family loves them. They help reduce water. Use a great deal with the handy flip valve lever which also keeps the water mixed at the temperature you want. The spray feature is very powerful. It reaches every corner of my sink. They are adaptable to any situation, and so easy to install. BUT The shipping was abysmal. It came in one of those puffy paper envelopes and was soaking wet! Wayfair should get rid of FedEx home. They've been doing a rotten job with all the different people who sell things and use them for their delivery service, at least for our household. Nonetheless, I strongly recommend that you buy these and try them all over your house.

Works well and has sufficient features from spray to swivel.
