The value is good, quality is good, the articulating spout is really cool...but....the first "arm" of the spout (connected to the bridge) needs to be a little taller. Where it is, it hits the hot/cold handles and gets in the way, making it awkward and inconvenient. Just wouldn't work for my application. The service rep at Wayfair was extremely nice and helpful, helping me return it for a credit! Thank you!
