Whynter 11000 BTU Dual Hose Portable Air Conditioner for 350 sq. ft. ARC-110WD

Very happy with this purchase. For a dual hose air conditioner I think this is a good middle of the road option for places like where I live (nor cal) where humidity is not an issue. I did try to use a hose attachment which wasn’t readily available for this unit and it did leak. However the bottom drain works perfectly. The caveat with this machine is that you absolutely cannot lose the remote otherwise you cannot operate the unit. You can only turn on and off from the main unit but no operation. It is also loud and bulky but it is to be expected for a dual hose ac.

Poor quality not very well made and then wayfair charged me 60$ to return it

Absolutely wonderful ac. Not too loud. Will freeze you if you leave on hi and 65 overnight.. youll be looking for some blankets- haha. Its been darn hot- this thing has kept my 800 sq foot living room plus kitchen cool (72 ish) inside with over 100 outside. No issues whatsoever.

So far so good. I put it all together today and directions were fine. Since I have other portable ACs I knew the theory behind the set up and it went very well. The unit is working very well. I did wait 6 hours before turning it on as directions recomended 4 hours. It is to let the freon settle. I was advised of this year ago when buying a unit from a store.

Fairly easy to set up and keeps the room nice and cold.
