leaked instantly all over the floor and you would not help pack back up and Whynter would not either; expected me to pack up and bring to a shipping place; item was way too heavy and cumbersome for me to handle by myself

Just received so I have not had a lot of use but it was easy enough to set up and the air is cold!

It’s large for a 12,000 BTU and it didn’t come with a drain hose and you have to manually set the cold air vent most other makes come with auto setting. All over a little disappointed

Exactly what I needed and works for my house.

I was very excited about finding this AC as true dual hoses don’t seem to exist anymore. My original AC got lost somewhere and Wayfair had to order me a replacement so it took 2weeks longer to arrive than expected. I live in Quebec, CA and our summers get very hot and humid. We are often over 70% humidity. The fact that it boasted a evaporating feature was among the reasons I bought it. I’ve had to drain it 3 times since receiving it July 3 and it’s not easy to drain when living in an apartment building. My advice if you live in a high humidity area buy the drain hose at the same time so you can use the continuous drain option.
