No Regrets. Worked great right out of the box, comfortable and convenient. We installed it near a sliding patio door instead of a window and there were no problems. The only puzzling thing was the parts list showed a "pre-installed carbon filter". We did not get that. There was a hybrid filter with some loosely woven carbon mesh on one side, packed separately. The parts list is probably out of date.

Relatively quiet, powerful, sleek looking unit. I appreciate being able to turn it on via phone when I'm away to cool down my apartment before I get home.

A lot of anxiety trying to understand installing product. Instruction manual could be better. Product made in China. Seems like manual was written by someone whose mother tongue is not English. Otherwise, product performs well, and is surprisingly quiet.

Product DOA, no response from Whynter after 2 days! Now Wayfair states they will takeover response, but we will see. No AC now for 5 days with 90-95 degree temperatures. Definitely would stay away from Whynter products, jury's still out on Wayfair. Probably should have just purchased from a local store, as the problem would have been resolved same or next day.
