So far so good. Bought this to replace one that lasted a year before it started leaking so time will tell. Sunroom is cool. Haven’t tried the heat yet it’s a bit hot here in Arkansas to even attempt it right now.

I just opened the box of this ACunit for this summer. The box was very heavy (however it is expected to be heavy). Once you were able to get the actual AC out of the box, it has wheels on the bottom and can be moved around very easily. Installation is easy. It would have been a perfect 5 stars except that the sliders to install the vent in the window arrived cracked. I will likely have to order this pieces to have it replaced. Otherwise, everything else is in working order.
