12,000 BTU Wi-Fi Enabled Through-The-Wall Air Conditioner With Dehumidifier

The product arrived lightly bent where the screw is supposed to be screwed in so we had to fix it ourselves to be able to screw the grille into the back of the AC. We haven’t really turned it on fully since it’s still chilly but when we turned it on to test it was quite loud. The sleeve that’s supposed to be put around the AC is way too small. There’s no way for us to put it properly regardless how far back or forward we place the AC. We needed an affordable Through the Wall AC so we went for this. It’s ok I guess if you don’t plan to keep the AC for a long time.
