Doesn’t blow cold air, came out the package with a very thick greasy film. Thinking it got tossed around while being shipped and Freon poured out

Arrived early and works perfectly. Assembly was simple and issue free.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with the product and from Wayfair.. bought two last year and none of them worked this year spoke to wayfair and was told I’ll get 200 hundred for one and 300 for the other.. after at least 10 conversions with different representative and mouth and a half was told they didn’t know what they were doing and unfortunately it’s over one year now.. never buy again from wayfair

Would not recommend. This was higher BTU than our older window unit and it barely cools our living room the way our old unit would.

This will work better for a smaller room than advertised, however it refreshes the room. Thank you
