I’m impressed with the cooling capacity the unit puts out. Kind of concerned at 1st how the brand would perform but no complaints. The shipper beat it up some getting it here. A few dents in the exterior unfortunately.

It wont cool! $550 wasted! Its finally hot enough to use and it wont blow cold air! They did send a 2nd AC and yesterday it stopped powering on. Now it's 100 degrees outside and we are burning up now. It's miserable and I can't but another 1 with the economy all messed up.

They dropped it off. And helped me bring it in the front door. Delivery service was great. Bur Ac unit is huge! Tripple the size of my old 14,500 BTU. Sure hope it fit in my window. Because if not I'm scared to see what it's going to cost me to return this 140Lb unit
