So far, so good! This 70 year old grandma installed it herself! Light enough for me to get it up to the second floor, assemble easily, and enjoy a cool room at last. This was a good purchase that fit my budget.

Relief from the sweltering humid weather.

I bought this to replace a portable ac that doesn't go out the window. This gets so cold that I freeze even set on 74 degrees and it was 98 degrees outside!!! I use the eco setting so it's not constantly running. The old ac ran my electric bill up to 150.00 during the heat wave, I'm waiting to see what this will be like. But so far I love it and so do my kids. I can't get rid of them....
