Problem was not with the unit, but with service. I paid for the Angi 'installation' for this. It required a licensed AC professional to do it. Thought it was a great deal since installing these is usually hundreds of dollars. Wayfair wanted to charge me $169 to have someone come out and plug in a portable AC unit. it's not a portable AC unit. Service rep had no clue what the issue was, just kept getting non answers. cancelled the installation, and returned the unit. Buyer beware.

Wayfair has turned into a deceitful online store! We purchased this AC over a month ago, along with the additional service of professional installation at a fixed rate, as offered by Wayfair. However, our experience has been incredibly frustrating. More than 10 times, installation appointments were scheduled and then abruptly canceled or rescheduled. On occasions when an installer did show up, they either lacked knowledge about the installation or demanded an additional $500 for the service. Despite numerous calls to Wayfair customer service seeking assistance, the support we received was unhelpful. One representative claimed that the installation was not their responsibility and belonged to another company (Angi company). When expressing dissatisfaction and emphasizing that we trusted Wayfair's product description, the representative abruptly hung up. Another instance involved a Wayfair agent shouting at us, stating they didn't care about our situation and insisting we contact Angi company. After eventually reaching out to Angi company ourselves, they sent multiple installers, only to later inform us via email that the job required two persons, and since we purchased the service through another party (Wayfair), they couldn't proceed without the invoice. This experience with Wayfair has been disheartening due to inaccurate product descriptions on their website and unprofessional and discourteous customer service. It is disappointing to encounter such issues when trusting an online company, and I am hesitant to make any future purchases from Wayfair.

They work great! Got them for my garage so we can sit in there during the summmer and winter

The unit looks and works great. The temperature setting is displayed on the front of the unit and it looks great.

Before buying one, you need to know, you cant install yourself, unless youre a refrigeration expert. Had I known, I wouldnt have bought one.
