Would not let me cancel order--told me it was too late but didn't ship product two days later. Now I had to pay shipping charges to send product back

I had difficulty finding a chair that fits well in the shower whether it is facing forward or sideways. This fits!!! Now my husband is able to shower safely. The arm on the left side fits loosely, but I haven't yet notified the provider. I'm confident the issue will be resolved quickly after I notify them. Because of my confidence they will respond well after notification and the fact everything else is good, I am giving this a 5 star rating.
