The unit arrived about a week late and with some damage to the flat pack pieces inside. Overall The quality of the unit was reasonable and fair for the price. I did have to glue the parts back together that were damaged and there was a paint chip on a prominent part of the front of one of the drawers. this damage did not look like it was from shipping but rather from the manufacturing process itself so quality control might be a little suspect. I was able to repair the parts that were broken and I will try to find some touch up paint which would have been very handy if it was included in the hardware kit. I did send photographs to Wayfair stating my case and they did provide a 20% rebate me keeping the damaged item that was shipped. otherwise, I would have had to have repacked all of the parts and waited another 2 weeks to get a new one which there would be no guarantee that it would not arrive in similar or worse condition. My decision was to keep the broken one, repair it myself and take their 20% offer. If I was mot a DIY handyman I would have had to return the item and try again. in summary, I am disappointed in the damage during shipping but somewhat satisfied in their quick resolution offers and not having to fight them for remedy.
