Cabinet part is solid. The top is extremely cheap and the mirror is not much better

Light weight inexpensive vanity option. The top is simulated marble. I don’t think it will handle much punishment, but if you are looking to put this in a lightly used 12 bath, it can be a good option. There are stickers on each piece for east assembly, the stickers do not come off unless you scrub them off. Second Wayfair item with this problem.
