It’s pretty wobbly and needs to be fixed to the wall for stability. Nowhere to attach a sink.

I saw some people had issues with the assembly, but if you know how to pay attention, the instructions weren't bad. There are adjustments that can be made to the drawers and cupboards so that they line up properly. The "easy close" takes a bit of muscle to open the drawer, but overall it was a decent buy for the price. I would say, that it is also not quite as sturdy as it could be for a free-standing unit. Once I glue the sink to the vanity and caulk it to the wall, that should help stabilize it. Looks nice though.

Assembly instructions could be better. Only pictures, no words. It was confusing on what next steps to take in putting certain pieces together. Overall I like the look and the quality of material is good.

Very nice sink; however, we returned this item. Had bought a couple just like it in the past and they came fully assembled. When placing this order, nothing indicated that it would come unassembled (which is how it came in two separate boxes). I contacted Wayfair and they confirmed there was no indication that it wasn't assembled and therefore they validated and approved my return.

Not bad had to order twice to get a one doesn’t have damage. So check it before you order this
