The bathroom vanity looks good in our bathroom and the quality is great. The price is good too

I am very disappointed with the conduct of the three delivery personnel. I politely asked to be careful with handling the box and requested that they be softer and more careful, specifically after witnessing how they were doing it. I asked them to avoid throwing or slamming it against the floor. However, they refused in a dismissive and rude manner, giving a firm “no” without any willingness to care. Additionally, I requested a few minutes to open the box and briefly inspect the item to ensure it was received in proper condition, without damage or missing parts. This is a reasonable request, especially to avoid the inconvenience and cost of arranging a return for issues that could have been identified at the time of delivery. However, they refused to allow any inspection and left immediately. This approach is unfair to customers. If I kindly asked for 3 minutes. I should be given the opportunity to verify that items are delivered in good condition before the delivery is finalized.
