This is an excellent product. I’m remodeling an older home and this is flexible enough to work with sloping floors and uneven walls. It cuts easily with a miter saw and is easy to paint with a latex-based paint. My only issue is that the trim is polystyrene and can dent when using a nail gun to install.

This product cuts easily with a mitre saw, but cut quickly so as to avoid meltdown. I found that it is best to bring the blade directly down on the moulding rather than cutting through from one side to the other. This reduces the time the blade is in contact with the work. If you do have a trace of meltdown it is easy to remove with a file. The product is strong and flexible and looks great when installed.
