Purchase this product for our new master bathroom. You do need to leave the towels on this rack for quite some time for them to get warm as the product does not heat up very quickly. However, it does its job and I do have a warm bathrobe after a shower.

It’s a beautiful and practical piece for the bathroom. It looks like the pictures and arrived in time. Installation is coming up soon but I’m confident it will work great and I’m excited to try out all the different settings!
