My electrician installed this for me (I had it hard wired) so IDK how easy installation is, but it is attractive and gets very warm although it takes awhile to heat up. (15 minutes or longer) This is my first towel warmer so not sure how long it should take. Instructions cover mostly installation and not anything on use. Overall, I am satisfied with it. I would recommend.
