It leaks, so good thing it leaks in the shower

Update: Wayfair’s excellent customer service replaced this broken item and the new one works well. So I am changing my stars from 2 to 4. Thank you Wayfair! Old post: I was so excited to find this multi function shower head on Wayfair because it looked identical to a big company’s expensive one I wanted to get to replace an existing shower head. It came packaged in 2 layers and was well cushioned. It was however, missing 2 rubber washers that were in the instructions (granted the instructions were not for the model I had, but was close enough to it). I have experience with plumbing, so I had new washers to replace the missing ones (so that was no big deal for me but maybe a big deal for other people). The regular shower head is large and the handheld shower head is about the same size as other handhelds.. The j-pipe, handheld hose and diverter are metal and everything else is plastic. Not sure how long the holder attachment for the wall will work made out of plastic and adhesive though. My issue was no matter what washers I used or didn’t use or how much threading tape I used, the diverter kept leaking at the bottom of the nut that attaches to the J pipe. I don’t know if there are unique or special washers for this and that is why it leaks. So I am assuming I got a bad diverter. I am disappointed because I really wanted this to work.

This shower head was packaged and wrapped securely. It has an elegant look to it but it is made of plastic and not chrome so I’m not sure how this will hold up over time. I do like that it has the fixed shower head as well as the handheld for more flexibility.

High quality shower head. Everything you need to install is in the box. Very easy instructions. Works well and creates a nice waterfall shower experience. Beautiful addition to any bathroomshower. Highly recommend

Wayfair has the fastest shipping and the best overall quality of products. I like how the box came packaged, the product was very well packaged. Overall the product seems to be fair for the price but the shower head is made of a plastic type material not sure how long it will hold up. I’m excited to hang this in my bathroom as I feel it will be worth it once I’m able to use it.
