All-In-One Kit with Rough in-Valve A9001FSL

The product came with parts missing and its only giving me return and i have to pay for it. I had to go out and purchase the hoses for the system.

We put this in my son's bathroom, and he thinks it is so cool every time he uses it. Winner!

Bought this for our bathroom renovation, it’s very pretty and the rainfall showerhead has great pressure and the LED lights indicate temperature of the water. The major issue we are having with it is for some reason the water starts out hot from the rainfall showerhead and quickly becomes cold. The plumber can’t figure it out, because the hand held shower head has perfect temperatures. He believes it’s some sort of emergency shut off forWater that might be too hot, which I understand but to go from hot to freezing cold is awful. I have a email out to the manufacturer to see if there’s anything we can do to fix this But right now I will have to go get a new rainfall showerhead without the pretty lights.
