Thermostatic All-In-One Kit with Rough in-Valve A9108F4F23L

TERRIBLE PRODUCT! The remote didnt work immediately from package. The shower head leaks and is now dripping into my kitchen. Had my plumber come, take it apart, redo it and it still leaks so its a manufacturer issue. I contacted the manufacturer and they are taking no responsibility for it. I sent them photos and videos of the issue showing its not a Plumbing connection issue and they continue to deny responsibility. I paid 1,100 for this system and its damaging my 1.1 million new construction home. They have lifetime warranty but refuse to replace my shower head. All Im asking for is a new shower head since everything is already tiled in. I cant just get a different shower head brand, I need the same one. Dont waste your time with this company. They take your money then couldnt care less after ward

Looks great, but was missing the knobs for the buttons. Sound is not that great.

I was nervous ordering this at first but it turned out to be better than we imagined!!
