Delivered on time, and given an hour alert to expect the delivery. Very pleasant fellows delivered, and opened the box for a cursory inspection. This tub is beautiful, and I'm anxious to get it installed.

I am adding my final update to the top of this review. Woodbridge did reply to my emails after I found the correct contact site. I still demand that online businesses become much more friendly when it comes to contacting customer service. I should not have to search the internet for hours and send emails to multiple locations hoping I have thrown out enough messages in a bottle that I magically connect with someone. This information should be in the forefront and easily accessible. This is my rant but these companies are letting the bean counters rule their management. It is time to recognize that such a system will result in horrible customer satisfaction. Woodbridge could have gotten a four star review or possibly five if I had been able to easily communicate with customer service. Unfortunately, this is not only a Woodbridge issue. It is the standard business model. Businesses are just limiting the funds and attention to customer satisfaction. It is obvious to everyone reading this review. End of rant, read on to see my original review. My tub cracked after about three months of use. I contacted Wayfair, they said they only handle problems in the first 30 days. the one year warrantee is from Woodbridge. Woodbridge does not offer a phone # that I can find and their web site is mostly made for sales. I asked Woodbridge for help via their online form. Have heard nothing yet. Update, three days later, still no contact from Woodbridge. Very difficult to find a way to contact them. I have only found one general contact form on the tubs page. I added seven photos to show the quality of the install and then the cracks which are difficult to photo as it is a white on white in front of a window but I think the photos my wife took show them clearly. The longest crack is about 6 inches long now and they seem to be growing or at least they are becoming more visible as time goes by.

My new 130 year old house needed much work, which is ongoing. One thing it didn’t have that is a must for me is a bathtub. There was a 49 in space under the window where I hoped one would fit. I bought this model because it is the deepest 48 inch tub on Wayfair, 22 inches with 18 inches of water. The plumber wanted a fortune to install it plus wanted me to tear out a portion of the ceiling in my foyer to retrofit plumbing. My clever handyman figured out a way to avoid that. We had to replace the bathroom floor but I avoided the mess and expense of patching a plaster and lathes ceiling downstairs. Since I hated the existing floor, it was no contest. I was disappointed that the tub has a raised seat. I don’t use it. I sit on the floor of the tub in the deep water. It’s beautiful comfortable to me. I’m small and flexible. It would never work for a tall person who can’t fold up. Wayfair does offer one without the seat for 3x price.

It’s the perfect size for a small space. It’s deep enough for an adult. Arrived in perfection condition and easy installation.

Lovely tub. Contractor will be here this week for install of unit. Looking forward to final results. Overall delivery was great and completed unit we are waiting for.
