I just unpacked this item as my plumber was ready to install. I paid to have it delivered to the room it was going to be used in. Upon opening the package, we found a big hole in the corner . It was well packaged, can’t image how that happened.

100 perfect choice. With many bad discs in my back I often need release from pain. This is my go to solution. Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. Candlelight makes the experience even more perfect. The armrests are perfectly poised for relaxation while you’re body pain pains are relieved. It was lightweight and the installers were able to get it set up fairly quickly. We believe it has added value to our home because it transformed that bathroom into a beautiful space. But the product itself has been worth its weight and gold for me. Shipping process was simple and expedient. Purchased it on sale and it is worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Works as predicted. Haven't had a chance to get in the thing yet, as there is much more work to be done before that bathroom is ready.
