Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. Added six months out -- Installation went very well, builder said the quality of the floor pan was great and it looks fantastic! .Attached picture shows the completed shower.

Great shower pan base! Shipping was fast and it arrived well packaged with no damage. The price was very reasonable compared to similar options in the box stores. We used this for a basement bathroom remodel and it fit perfectly for our needs. Our installer had no problem with the installation. It's very easy to keep clean. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again.

When I got this I loved it. I have had it for about 2 years now. Pros: It is very pretty and it has the slope built in. It is textured for not slip. Very Sturdy. Cons: Hair gets caught in the metal cover holes, so bad that I just removed the cover. Make sure you clean under the cover, even without the cover the water doesn't completely drain, so you will get the pink slime quickly.

Nice shower pan. Well made and solid. Nice nonskid pattern. Never though I’d ever install a composite shower pan instead of a full tile base, but I like this one a lot and sooo much easier to install.

This shower pan was extremely disappointing. I actually ordered it twice for my bathroom remodel, hoping the first one was just a bad unit. The first one arrived with noticeable dents, so I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the second one was even worse, it had cracks right out of the box and was completely unusable. On top of that, both times I opened the package, there was a very strong, unpleasant chemical smell. Even after leaving it out for more than three weeks, the smell was still very strong and irritating, which is quite concerning. The overall quality is just very poor. The materials feel cheap and fragile, and the structure is not well-designed. The supports seem weak and prone to cracking, which makes the whole shower pan unreliable. To return it, it would cost me $70–$80 in shipping fees, which very expensive and makes this purchase feel like a total loss. Overall, this product is not worth the money at all. I would not recommend it.
