The bathtub was cracked on the side and had a crack in the inside. It has put a hold on my renovations. I called Customer Service to let them know and they said that the case is being reviewed before sending the new tub out. This has put a hold on my renovations, expected the product shipped out and replaced, but it isbeen “” reviewed’
