I purchased this black tub filler 3 1/2 years ago. I love the design style of this filler as it complemented my bathroom area perfectly. The filler was a straightforward set up and is easy to use. Design is simplistic and beautiful. I use this faucet infrequently so I was surprised to find that the finish was wearing off on the underside of the filler spout. I only use a soft cloth and water to clean the filler. I contacted the company to inquire about the warranty and I received a prompt response in return. Sadly, the unit only had a 1 year warranty. With much appreciation, Woodbridge customer service did extend some remedy solutions to aid in replacing the filler head of this unit which I am thankful for.
