Updated. This Smart Toilet Bidet seems great, but in the end the components that make it flush eventually clog and it stops putting solids down altogether. i went through 2 units and now have to move on to a different manufacturer. I called Woodbridge and they had no troubleshooting input. The only issue is the water power of the flushing. the full flush option stopped working a while back and the half flush takes about 4-5 times to get a 'normal' #2 down... i like the remote, the heated seat, the spray function, the touchless flush... all of that works fine, but if it ain't flushing poo, what are you going to do???

I just had this toilet installed in a home I recently purchased. It is a huge upgrade from the bidet toilet seat we used at our last home. I love the night light and water efficiency. Another reviewer noted this toilet requires power to flush. It is tankless by design and this is very clear in the listing. Don’t let their poor review distract you. This is a wonderful bidet toilet! Very happy! EDIT: This toilet broke after less than 3 weeks of use. All of a sudden all of the functions (including the flush) no longer work. There is power going to the toilet but it is completely non-functional. I pretty much has a $1,000 brick in my bathroom at this point. Wayfair was AWESOME and gave me a full refund but I am still out of pocket the $250 it cost to have it professionally installed. Very disappointed...

Great toilet. Was a bit of a funny surprise using the bidet. Being able to control the water temperature and pressure with the remote control was very satisfying. Sleek design and modern.

After a few months, the dump will not completely go however time you do flush. Takes at least 10 flushes to have it completely gone. We switched toilets, checked water pressure, cleaned sewer lines- it doesn't change. Now we have stopped using this bathroom - it was one of the first ones in the market for smart bidet toilet but it is also one of the worst purchases we have made for home. This problem started coming in just an year after, and the warranty is over.

DO NOT BUY! Worst toilet. I would leave 0 stars if I could. The toilet doesn't flush powerfully enough at all even with limited toilet paper use). If you want your human waste to continue swilring around in the toilet and have to flush it 10 times to make it go away, buy this toilet. One top of that, just a year over purchases, we've had a number of other issues. The toilet makes a loud noise because of an internal fault and it feels like a small earthquake in the house. And the toilet is leaking in the back.
