I ordered 3 items from Wayfair. this small faucet, a sofa and a pedestal sink. All were ordered for an apartment rehab that we needed to complete quickly. Wayfair promised 3 to 7 days. That was 30 days ago. We received the faucet within days. The pedestal sink was delayed by 3 months (we cancelled). The sofa was shipped and is lost in transit. We can't cancel because it is in transit. Obviously we had to go a different route to complete the renovation so our tenant could move in. You can not count on Wayfair. full stop. very disappointing. oh by the way, FedEx is just as bad. No customer service or valid information from either. You've been warned

the faucet came neatly packed with all the accessories required for the install. The installation was also easy, done by a professional plumber. The only issue i have with it is that it is too long to install on top of the sink and looks a little odd. But it the mudroom so we did not change it.

Wow this is just what I was needing to replace my old silver faucet. I have had this for a while and the black coating is holding up nicely. It is easy to wipe clean and looks brand new afterwards. My husband put this together in about 20 minutes with my help. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this product to others especially in the black color, I just love it. I had no problems with delivery and package was in great condition

This faucet is elegant, has a nice bronze finish. One lever handle which adds a nice feature. The faucet comes with a complete set up, a detailed instructions. Though this seems easy to install I am a complete novice and have to wait on my son. So I apologize here is a picture of the item within the

It’s a beautiful, heavy faucet. The finish is soft and looks like it will wear well from toothpaste. This was bought to replace a three hole faucet install. The escutcheon is not large enough to cover all the holes, but seems oversized. The install was straight forward and a pop up drain is always a plus!
