ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH, WAYFAIR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEFINITELY LACKING, The item has been water damaged, and the corners of packaging has been torn up and re-taped we can see that a piece of the ‘wood’ is expanded due to moisture exposure. This vanity will certainly not stand up to daily usage in a bathroom as the materials are simply subpar to say the least, this is not what we expected at all from Wayfair I have taken photos of the box(s) that were delivered, they have not been opened as the product we can see through the damaged box shows enough of the subpar quality of the vanity, there’s no sense in opening, Also, extremely disappointed in a ‘return fee’ as this delivery was damaged through no fault of my own, I will certainly rethink any future purchases from Wayfair. Punishing the consumer with a return fee for damage incurred during the delivery process is an unfair business practice and not at all customer friendly.
