This is a review on the delivery, as the item is still boxed. The delivery by Frankie and Angel was great! They called 30 minutes in advance as noted, were friendly upon arrival. They wheeled the item to the expected location and left in 5 minutes.

It has some blemishes which I will contact Wayfair about. It was very well packed, so it appears that it would have been put in the box that way.

This vanity WITHOUT top was Not worth the money. Short draws that are made from finger joint wood. Shelves are short and not cut out for plumbing nor do they optimize the interior space. Inferior materials and poor quality. It needs better materials and design.
