I bought 3 of these items for our office and spend a lot of money to bring a professional in to install it with no luck. every single disposer weren't brand new and a lot of small parts were missing, one was also licking water. i would recommend buy from a reliable supplier. I am happy with Wayfair customer service but i lost about $300 and had to redo the pipping.

This disposal unit was installed several years ago and has worked well and never given me any problems. I am very satisfied with it and would recommend it to others.
