You need to include some written instructions on how to program the unit. The install instructions were great, but no or should say really good instructions on how to program.

I have tried other pushbutton locks, but they were always hard to program. This was so simple and it works so well with just an Apple app. I did not need to buy google nest.

Bought this a year ago and it was great. Recently it stopped working online and then while resetting it messes up the password and now I can't use it at all.

The supervisors and team only want to sell you their products and after few months I called to fix the sound issue and they remotely deactivated my lock . Now they asking to buy a new one. This is not a right and fair business. People should know them.

Easy to install, great price, lots of features, very easy to use. And very accurate.
