After going down a deep rabbit hole of Japanese style toilets (with a budget nearly double the price of this one), I landed on this one because the reviews were so good; and wow!! They weren't lying. This toilet is not just a toilet-- it’s a confidant, a gentle guide, and frankly a best friend. The soft blue night light? Soothing. The warm seat? Life changing. The remote control? Empowering!! This is the kind of support system you didn’t know you needed until you had it. Hands down my favorite home purchase ever. 10/10, would recommend to anyone ready to be emotionally attached to their bathroom.

Waited six months to review this toilet to make sure my feedback is accurate. After a lot of research we chose this toilet for our guest bathroom and a different brand that cost more for our main bathroom. This one is better. Do yourself a favor and get it.

We are remodeling our bathroom. If you buy this you should have a plumber install for you. No instructions and website for product is of no help. Over 5 hrs and several trips to Lowe’s later to make fittings work for American plumbing measurements. Took us a while to figure out how to get to remove tank to get to bolts. Very unfortunate. I just hope it works after all this fuss. Stay tuned. UPDATE love love love!!!!!! Worth the headache. It’s also a great nightlight in the middle of the night. It also comes with a child seat and setting should you choose to use it. The ‘prerinse’ makes such a difference in keeping the bowl clean and always having a warm seat is fabulous!! We miss R2DPoo when we are out of town. That warm seat rocks!!!!!
