If I could give a zero, I would. Box it arrived in was smashed and ripped like someone had already returned the item once before. It is missing the inside handle part. I had paid someone a trip charge to install the lock and that’s when we discovered half of it was missing. Waiting to hear back from Wayfair on resolution. Poor quality control!

This is a good product, but what they sent me included a box with the correct lableling and everything, but it was a polished silver inside. Used it in a big remodleing project and due to delays, it and didn't get opened until after the return deadline and they would not exchange. So make sure you don't just check the box; open it.
