Its been a month and few days and the black on the hand held is chipping away! See picture. I totally missed checking the way this works before I bought it. Knob 1: Off- turn- system 1(hand shower)- turn - system 2 (head shower)- turn back- hand shower- turn back -Off. So anytime you want the head shower- the hand shower will get water flow when you start and before you stop. Bad design! I did not know before purchasing that I should have researched the knob system too. The 2nd knob only controls the temperature. It is already installed by the plumber- so we are stuck with it. But please research the knob and how the flow works before you buy.
