Terrible! Unboxed my ac hooked it all up ready to cool my house down just for the unit to not be built correctly! The cool air was blowing the opposite direction! Would love to leave no stars at all! Waste of money

Not great Definitely doesn’t cool the space it says it will Install kit wasn’t easy for standard window. Too big with extension too dna without Had to cut it to fit window Not worth the money

Cannot speak for the dehumidifier perspective but in terms of cooling If I could rate less than zero I would…Item does not cool anywhere close to the square footage mentioned

The product works great. The issue is I ordered this AC because the delevery was to be on June 28 but didn’t receive it until July 2

This unit really works great for my whole living room, dining room, and kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great deal!
