The bypass option is made available on one track. It is never an easy job to install a double-track bypass kit. Sometimes the clearance you have is not enough, sometimes the gap between the two doors is too large, and sometimes it just feels frustrating to put all the pieces together. Now, with our single-track bypass option, installing a bypass kit has never been easier. You can just follow the steps for a standard double-door kit and replace the regular hangers with the bending ones.

We are actually using these for Barn window coverings. It is a project but what an awesome look.. Donna. Newton, TX. Mon Aug 10 2026

THREE-DOOR FULL BYPASS SYSTEM. A true triple bypass, consists of three individual tracks where each door can slide on its own track independently. All three doors are able to overlap 100% and can slide from one end to the other with no limitations or interference.

No wall space above your doorway? Need to divide up a room? Little to no clearance above the opening? All of those situations can be solved with our ceiling-mounted hardware kit. The lack of support no longer limits your door placement. With double tracks, each of the 2 doors slides independently on its track for a true bypass. Each door can slide to the left or right and stack 100% behind one other. You can add on additional rollers to accommodate additional doors. The overall hardware weight limit is 200 lbs.

The package includes all the hardware kits you need to install a sliding barn door. Except for doors. The barn door hardware can be used both inside and outside. It is rustproof, waterproof, and fireproof. The standard door thickness for our hardware is from 1 3/8'' to 1 3/4''. If your door thickness is not within that range, please go to our second tab called "Customization Services" for more detailed instructions on how to customize it. The spacing between each hole is American standard 16''. Tracks 8ft and under are one single track instead of being connected by multiple shorter tracks. Tracks 9ft to 16ft will be connected by two tracks. Tracks 18ft and 20ft will be connected by three tracks. Therefore, the spacing between the holes in the connecting section may not be 16''. Each complete track can hold door weight up to 220 lbs. Usually, we recommend the track length to be at least double the total door width or the opening. For example, if you have two doors that are each 30'' wide. You will need 2* (30''+30'') = 120'' long track. Or if you have an opening that is 48'' wide, you will need at least a 96'' long track. The minimum clearance (from the top of the door to the ceiling) you need to install this barn door hardware is 6''.

Sturdy and brings a bit of class to our door!. Tammy. Sat Sep 12 2026
