We have a absolutely loved having this filtration system. However, we did not receive the one in this picture. It is the one I ordered and the one I WANTED but when it arrived and I opened the box, which has a picture of this one on the packaging, upon opening it, I discovered it was an entirely different shower head. I was super upset, but kept it anyways. My skin has cleared up, and the water has no smell. It has been very nice having this system, even though we got a device that was clearly cheaper and worth less than what I paid for the one I wanted it. I ordered this based on the website information and photograph showing that it is a stainless steel dual filter system for chlorine and fluoride whereas upon receiving the item it is a single polypropylene filter casing system that apparently only removes fluoride.
