I just installed a new shower head and have two small items that I think would help make things easier. First, The knurled/threaded connection nipple needs to have two lands on the sides to allow use of an adjustable wrench to install it. I would bet that the typical homeowner will use pliers to tighten the connection and mess up the finish. The new shower head was a straight forward installation, it did not take long at all. It is nice to have a large rainfall shower head as well as the handheld shower head.
