Absolutely gorgeous flooring. I was able to start at one end of the hallways and go straight across without having center it. You can also vary the pattern but I placed them all in the same direction and it looks symmetrical. The seams are not immediately visible because the stone pattern deflects from them. The variation of colors ties in the colors from adjacent rooms. It is waterproof, sturdy and easy to apply. The tiles have good adhesion but there is some flexibility remove and reposition or replace them as necessary. It is sturdy, but easy to score or cut. I ordered this vinyl tile from tried and true. Didn't realize the yellow lines in it and they don't line up. Maybe they're not supposed to. It is a carpet look design on top. They are pretty thin. I was going to take up existing tile but with them being thin I'm just going to layer it on top. If your walls or uneven, have a doorway, or odd number measurements, you'll need extra. The tiles look decent in person. They are a lot more glossy than I expected but not so much that I wanted to send them back. They also have a texture I was not expecting. I had to give them one star because they don’t stick. I prepped my floor well, I used a j roller and the edges are still lifting. I am sure if I purchased vinyl floor glue they’d stay down just fine, but 1. that defeats the whole purpose of a “self adhesive” tile and 2. I don’t want to put all that extra glue on the floor beneath the tile. I have used other self adhesive tiles with no problems at all. Sadly, I was over confident in my ability to make it work without extra adhesive so I no longer have boxes to return tiles.. Anonymous. Wed May 21 2025
