Very nice door. Well made. Easy to clean. Looks good too! Unfortunately I didn’t measure right and our doors are either bigger or smaller. So we can’t install it right now. Really loved this door! Easy to set up and put together. This is the 36" wide x 84" tall door. Had some pretty good weight to it and was more heavy duty than I thought ( in a good way). Very smooth on the track and doesn't stick at all. We personally added more to it by staining a piece of pine and putting that up between the wall and the track to match the shelving in our room. So the board is not necessary, just was for aesthetics. Love the glass on the door so it allows the light to come through when it is shut and keeps the rooms bright vs being a solid door. The mirror is a great feature for the closet area. We had a lot of difficulty with the install though, otherwise would give this 5 stars. Our door did not come with pre-drilled holes like the instructions stated (we reported this to wayfair so hopefully someone else doesnt run into the same issues) - so we had to drill those ourselves. There were also a few small little dents in the wood- but nothing noticeable once installed. Note- we added the white wood board at the top (behind the black hardware). I joked that this barn door showed up in a box the size of a banana — long and skinny — and it came in several pieces. I don’t know why that surprised me, but it did. Assembly was actually really easy. The instructions were visual only, but clear, I didn’t mind. Installation was a bit trickier because our studs were off, but once it was up, the door hangs well and slides smoothly. I'm obsessed with my new doors! Exactly as pictured. I love the texture and quality. You do have to assemble the doors, but it was easy with clear instructions. The only issues I had was with mounting the railing. My studs weren't 16 inches apart to meet up with the pre-drilled holes. These doors are heavy so you have to make sure you put the bolts in studs. I thought about a header board but that would've made a larger gap between the door and the wall. So I drilled new holes in the railing to place the bolts in studs (which wasn't as easy as I expected). The gap between the door and wall is about 3/4in without a header. Really solid door, paint finish is amazing, but it is not really very printable. It would need to be scuffed up well to take any paint, so when one side accidentally had trim applied to it and there were tiny nail holes after we removed the trim strip the painters were concerned about painting the whole door because the finish wouldn't be as good if they had to prep the whole door and eventually the paint-over could fail vs if we just kept most of the door untouched and just painted the one style to cover the small nail holes.
